FALL TRAVEL REC - Temporary Delay

Start date: Due to the hurricane our start date has been temporarily delayed.  We're working with the City to assess the reopening of the facilities and the return to play.

The training schedule will be announced as soon as we know what our fields usage is.

The Chargers Soccer Club - Clearwater Recreational Programs provide a community-based soccer league where children 6 - 17 years old (birth years 2007 – 2019) have the opportunity to learn the game of soccer while focusing on growth, development, and fun. The programs are as follows & and further described in the sections below:

Fall/Winter Rec Program (Girls & Boys ages 6-17):  We offer 2 Fall Rec programs that run through the winter (In-House & Travel) and it depends on your child’s age group as to which program they will play.  The In-House program is for U6-U10 and runs about from Dec - Jan/Feb.  The Travel Rec program is for U11-U17 players that plays from about Oct - Feb and they play teams from other area clubs.  See below for more program information.

Spring Rec Program (Girls & Boys ages 6-10):  The Spring rec program runs during the March-April timeframe.  The Spring Rec program is a shorter and more informal fun program.  See below for more program information.

 

 

 

The Clearwater Chargers Soccer Club provides a community-based soccer program where children aged 6 -17 (birth years Aug.1 2007 – 2019) have the opportunity to learn the game of soccer while focusing on growth, development, enjoyment and fun.

 

We offer 2 Fall Rec programs that run through the winter (In-House & Travel) and it depends on your child’s age group as to which program they will play. 

First, determine your child’s age group by clicking on the Age Group Matrix link just below and then click on the Rec Program your child will play.  Age Groups U6-U10 are part of the In-House Rec Program.  Age groups U11-17 are part of the Travel Rec Program.

Children 6 – 10 years of age (January 1, 2015 - December 31, 2019) playing against other teams from within the Chargers Soccer Club Clearwater Recreational Program.

Deadline to register - Oct 15, 2024

 

TRAVEL Rec - CLICK HERE
Children 11 – 17 years of age (August 1, 2007 – December 31, 2014) playing against other recreational teams from clubs in the surrounding area who also participate in the Gulfcoast Youth Soccer Association (GYSA) league.

We would love you to consider coaching your child’s team as you will treasure this unique experience.

All Volunteer Coaches will be required to submit to a Level 2 Background Screening, including fingerprinting.
