• 1 practice and 1 game a week
  • U4 – Monday 6-7:15 PM Practice followed by game
  • U6 – Monday Practice 6-7:00, Friday game
  • U8 – Monday Practice 6-7:00, Friday game
  • U10 – Tuesday Practice 6-7:00, Friday game
  • U12-14 – Tuesday Practice 6-7:00, Friday game
