Driving Directions

From USF area

  • Take Bruce B. Downs Blvd. (30th Street N.) north to Tampa Palms Blvd. (north of Bearss Avenue to the second Tampa Palms Blvd. intersection - Lowe’s will be on your right)
  • Turn left on Tampa Palms Blvd. to Commerce Park Blvd. (1st right)
  • Turn right on Commerce Park Blvd. to park entrance
  • The entrance to the New Tampa Community Park driveway is about ½ mile down on the left (If you see Freedom H.S. and Liberty M.S., you’ve gone too far!)

From I-75 (heading north to Bruce B. Downs Blvd.)

  • Take I-75 to Bruce B. Downs Blvd. (Exit 270)
  • Turn left on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. to Tampa Palms Blvd. (1st light after freeway - Olive Garden and Red Lobster on right, Lowe’s on left)
  • Turn right on Tampa Palms Blvd. to Commerce Park Blvd. (1st right)
  • Turn right on Commerce Park Blvd. to park entrance
  • Entrance to the New Tampa Community Park driveway is about ½ mile down on the left (If you see Freedom H.S. and Liberty M.S., you’ve gone too far!)

From Wesley Chapel/Land O’ Lakes Areas

  • Either take I-75 South (and follow the directions above) or
  • Take Bruce B. Downs Blvd. south to just south of the I-75 overpass to Tampa Palms Blvd. (1st light - Olive Garden and Red Lobster on right, Lowe’s on left)
  • Turn right on Tampa Palms Blvd. to Commerce Park Blvd. (1st right)
  • Turn right on Commerce Park Blvd. to park entrance
  • Entrance to the New Tampa Community Park driveway is about ½ mile down on the left (If you see Freedom H.S. and Liberty M.S., you’ve gone too far!)
